About GardenLab

Informing the Garden and Landscape Community

GardenLab.com is a continuously updated e-magazine that provides investigative reports, objective product testing and educational material for the gardening and landscaping community. This community includes equipment manufacturers, HUNDREDS of agricultural suppliers, tens of THOUSANDS of nurseries and retail home improvement stores, and most importantly MILLIONS of consumers.

Until now there has been no organized effort to establish objective product standards or provide consumer oriented investigative reporting targeted specifically to gardening and landscaping. With the exception of a few rare garden magazine articles, consumers and businesses alike cannot find objective accurate information regarding the industries products.

Furthermore, the gardening industry lacks a “seal of approval” that consumers can rely on to identify high quality products. Instead, each consumer must rely on “trial and error” thereby wasting time, money, harvests and enjoyment on products that simply do not work.

Gardeners as a whole have many information needs that can not currently be satisfied on or off line. Information they seek range anywhere from:

Is it a good value?

Should I buy now?
